At Essenza Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty, fragrance, and personal care products.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Fragrances that do not meet personal expectations.
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used.
  • Unwanted gifts or accidental purchases.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recommend purchasing optional shipping protection through Route at checkout.

Customers who purchase Route Package Protection may submit eligible claims directly through Route, subject to its coverage terms.

For missing or stolen packages, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and available carrier or protection claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days of approval.

Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
